Introduction

We are interested in comparing DEGs between the mock (ctrl) and productively-infected (case).

Here are the general steps:

  1. We will obtain the list of top pathways.

  2. Get the list of genes that are driving the enrichment.

  3. Make a network diagram using the gs2net function I made previously

  4. Modify it so that the colours represent the direction of regulation, and size represents the FDR.
